Split Pea Soup

This crock pot soup is very easy and super filling. Pureed cauliflower is used as a "heavy cream" base for thickness, making this comfort food a meal in itself.

Green split peas
Cauliflower
Trader Joe's low sodium vegetable stock
Salt
Textured vegetable protein "bacon" bits
